Mr. LE VU MINH DUC

Duc Le is an intellectual property associate with extensive experience handling trademark and copyright issues.  He has served clients in a wide variety of industries, including food and beverage industry, retail, pharmaceuticals, apparel, and various other goods or services related to sports.

Prior to joining Minervas, Duc worked as a summer assistant at the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property (PIJIP) at American University Washington College of Law, where he examined and analyzed various copyright regulations, both historical and current, on fair use from various jurisdictions around the world. Duc also worked at Technology Innovation law firm based in Washington DC as a project creator for a year before returning to Vietnam.
